Our new film “The Morning After” has been launched online as part of the Virgin Media Shorts Competition. It was made on a shoe-string budget with Vish Vishvanath (Director of Photography) and Mark Curl (Editor). It features Charlotte Cawthorne and Andrei Zayats, who appeared in “Blink”, and Lennard Sillevis who was in the romantic comedy “How Not To Say I Love You”. VO by Paul Huntingford.

Having come to grips with the pros and cons of shooting on the Canon EOS 5D Mark II, we used this again for this short. It has to be said, a great advantage of the camera is the lightweight versatility of being able to film unusual angles. It is unobtrusive for the actors and allows you to play with styles and techniques.
